Our platform answers inbound phone calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, and provides customer support using artificial intelligence. The Service may also include SMS/text message notifications and alerts related to call activity and account updates.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number during account registration on our website, you opt in to receive text messages from ReceptionistStudio. You agree to the following:

  • Message Types: Call notifications (new call summaries), appointment reminders (upcoming appointment alerts), and lead alerts (new lead notifications)

Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing our services. You may use ReceptionistStudio without providing a phone number.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS notifications at any time. Simply text "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send you a final confirmation message confirming your unsubscription. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us after that point.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReceptionistStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
